Aros Kapital – Internal Platform Redesign

At Aros Kapital, I worked on redesigning a complex internal system that handled key financial services, including invoice purchasing (fakturaköp), business loans (företagslån), and savings accounts (sparkonton). The legacy system was feature-rich but difficult to navigate, with workflows that had grown over time without a unified structure.

My role was to help replace it with a modern, web-based tool built with UX at its core. I collaborated closely with users and stakeholders to map out needs, pain points, and usage patterns. Throughout the project, we focused heavily on continuous feedback loops to ensure the new interface aligned with both operational efficiency and user clarity.

E.ON – Energidiaglog 2.0

E.ON, a major European energy provider, hired us to redesign their web-based tool “Energidialog 2.0,” used by customers to track and analyze electricity usage across multiple facilities. The goal was to modernize the interface and make it easier to understand complex energy data.

I handled the UX process from early wireframes to final developer handoff. We tested navigation patterns, optimized layout for large datasets, and refined interactions to support quick filtering, sorting, and comparisons. Clear visual structure was a top priority.

A standout feature was a custom formula builder that let users create advanced energy calculations using drag-and-drop components, ideal for customers managing many properties with unique needs.

DEAS – Maintenance Planning & Investor Insights

DEAS is one of Denmark’s major property management firms, managing a vast number of apartments and commercial spaces across the country. I was brought in to improve how they scheduled recurring and ad-hoc maintenance across these properties, a task involving multiple teams, contractors, and strict compliance standards.

My role was to design a new digital planning system that could handle this complexity without overwhelming the user. We developed a visual scheduling tool where administrators could easily assign tasks, sort by region, and monitor work status. I created a full interface system with filters, role-based views, and progressive disclosure to keep things clean and intuitive, even when handling thousands of data points.

In parallel, I also designed an iPad-optimized dashboard for DEAS’s real estate investors. This dashboard showed key property data like rental yield, operating cost, and occupancy trends in a clear, interactive layout. The result was a system that supported both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.

Fortnox – Arkivplats App for Secure Document Storage

Fortnox is a Swedish company offering cloud-based financial and administrative tools for small businesses. As part of their product ecosystem, I designed the mobile app Arkivplats, a secure, organized space for storing receipts and invoices.

The goal was to make it easy for users to quickly capture documents with their phone, sort them into folders, and retrieve them later for accounting or reporting. We built features for smart sorting (like “most used” and “recent”), clear folder structures, and intuitive camera integration, all tailored for the small screen.

G4S – Responsive Security Platform with a Custom Visual Identity

For G4S Denmark, I helped design a new responsive web application to control home and office alarm systems. The project combined utility, security, and aesthetics, the system needed to work flawlessly across devices while still feeling premium and trustworthy.

A key part of the work was creating a visual theme inspired by metal surfaces and hardware, tying into G4S’s physical products. I helped adapt this theme across mobile, tablet, and desktop without compromising usability. The interface had to be accessible for both technical users and everyday homeowners managing alarms, cameras, and PIN codes.

Navigation and visual feedback were a core focus, users had to feel confident that an alarm was set or a connection was secure. I designed clear iconography, straightforward flows, and responsive layout patterns that supported quick actions, even in time-sensitive situations.

Landskrona Fotofestival – UX for an Art-Driven Website

For Landskrona Fotofestival, I collaborated closely with an art director to shape a site that reflected the festival’s artistic tone without losing clarity in the interface. The challenge was maintaining a clean, minimal design while still making information about programs, artists, and events easy to find across all devices.

Feat

My role focused on navigation, structure, and responsiveness. With strong visual input from the design team, I ensured core user flows, like finding a seminar, viewing the program, or booking tickets, remained intuitive. Much of the work involved gently shaping design ideas into something people could actually use, without losing the creative feel.

I also supported mobile optimization and accessibility, since many users were international visitors accessing the site while traveling. The end result was a lightweight, elegant platform that felt true to the world of photography, but worked smoothly under real-world conditions.

Lagerstedt & Krantz – UX for Complex Product Systems

At LK, I worked on redesigning the digital experience for their extensive catalog of heating and plumbing systems. The biggest challenge was making their huge, variant-heavy product tables usable on mobile, without losing clarity or technical detail. Each product often had dozens of sizes, configurations, and data points.

Feat

I focused on improving table responsiveness, content hierarchy, and component reuse, making it easier for users (often plumbers or contractors in the field) to scan specs, request quotes, and access documents quickly, even on-site.

To support this, I also improved usability for actions like generating PDFs, viewing related items, and navigating between similar products. The goal was to create a smoother, more intuitive experience for users who often needed fast answers, whether in an office or on-site with a phone.

Mikz – Multi-Content Platform for Influencers and Brands

As lead UX designer at Mikz, I helped shape a mobile-first platform that brought together influencers, brands, and fans. The app featured everything from blogs and live feeds to exclusive offers and competitions. Users could follow profiles like Zara Larsson, bloggers, or athletes, and brands could pay to promote their presence in-app.

I worked across the full design lifecycle, from content structure and onboarding flows to search, theming, and monetization features. One personal highlight: I exchanged emails directly with Zlatan Ibrahimović, who chose the black theme for his channel, a perfect match for his brand.

Mikz was designed for visual impact, speed, and flexibility, supporting both curated content and real-time updates, with a clear UX tailored for a broad audience.

Mobenga / Playtech – UX for Global Betting Platforms

At Mobenga (now Playtech), I worked on the UX for responsive sports betting products used by major brands like William Hill and Ladbrokes. My role involved designing clean, fast, and conversion-focused interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Key tasks included simplifying live betting flows, improving betslip usability, and ensuring visual clarity for dense real-time data like odds and match info. I also supported component libraries used across multiple white-label sites, balancing consistency with customization.

Our team focused heavily on responsive behavior, platform performance, and accessibility under pressure, especially during high-traffic events.

NLF – Driver App for Members

For NLF (Norges Lastebileier-Forbund), I designed the user experience for a new web-based app tailored to truck drivers in Norway. Although technically a responsive website, the app was built to function like a native mobile tool, with intuitive access to practical features like checklists, alerts, internal company news, and NLF membership benefits.

I collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to map the full flow, from splash screen to order creation, approval handling, and user settings. The app featured a multi-step wizard for new orders, responsive views for order details, and platform-specific UX behavior such as Android’s back/menu navigation and iOS button layouts. Accessibility, readability, and intuitive sorting of lists were core priorities, along with context-sensitive elements like tap-to-call and email triggers.

The result was a purpose-built mobile tool with a strong UX foundation, capable of handling high complexity in a clear and user-friendly way.
